Your hostess packet will include suggestions for inviting friends by phone as well as printed invitations or Beaute-vite® invitations you can email. It’s all about what you prefer.

What about refreshments?

It’s up to you! Depending on the theme and location of your party, you might want to offer light snacks and beverages to add to the party atmosphere

Spa Smoothie
 
1 ripe banana
¾ cup milk or soy milk
½ cup ripe strawberries, hulled and halved
¼ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (if you use vanilla-flavored yogurt, omit the vanilla extract)
 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or flaxseeds
 
    Combine all ingredients in a blender, except walnuts or flaxseeds. Pour into glass and top with walnuts or flaxseeds. Serves one. Increase quantities as needed to accommodate your party guests. Enjoy!

Beautiful You Cookies

3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. These cookies are nutritious and delicious – yum!
