Richard Rogers

Richard Rogers serves as Executive Chairman for Mary Kay Inc. Richard co-founded Mary Kay Inc. in September 1963 with his mother, Mary Kay Ash. He served as the Company’s General Manager until 1965, when he was elected Vice President. In 1968, he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer, and in November 1987, Richard was named Chairman of the Board. He returned as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mary Kay Inc. in 2001 and assumed the title of Executive Chairman in 2006.

Richard has distinguished himself as an innovative marketer and financier. He received the 1968 “Marketing Man of the Year Award” from the North Texas Chapter of the American Marketing Association, becoming the youngest man ever to receive this award. During the same year, Richard took the Company public on the O.T.C. market and subsequently listed the Company on the New York Stock Exchange in 1976. In 1985, Richard led a leveraged buyout of Mary Kay Inc. and returned the Company to a privately held, family-owned business.

Richard served in the U.S. Marine Corps and attended the University of North Texas.

DAVID HOLL

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Mary Kay Inc., one of the largest direct sellers of skin care and color cosmetics in the world, David Holl oversees all operational and fiscal initiatives for the multi-billion-dollar company. He is a member of the Mary Kay Inc. board of directors and leader of the company’s executive committee.   
 
With a 55-year history and operations in nearly 40 international markets, David is at the helm of the top beauty brand with more than 700 products in its global portfolio, thousands of Mary Kay Inc. employees and millions of independent sales force members worldwide.  
 
David joined Mary Kay Inc. in 1993 and in 1996, served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer where he was responsible for the overall financial growth of Mary Kay across the globe. In 2001, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2006, David assumed the title of President and Chief Executive Officer.  
 
Under his leadership, the powerhouse cosmetics company has expanded into numerous, new markets and successfully diversified its revenue across Mary Kay markets worldwide. The company has also made significant progress on key strategic initiatives including global rebranding and global standardization of core systems and processes. During David’s tenure as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mary Kay’s global revenue has more than doubled, with various markets around the world regularly setting sales and independent sales force records.  
  
David has successfully steered Mary Kay’s global expansion with the unveiling of its most recent market, Mary Kay Peru. The beauty company opened its doors in Lima in 2017 following another successful launch in neighboring Colombia in 2015. To support the company’s growth and future needs in producing best-in-the-industry skin care, color cosmetics and fragrances, Mary Kay Inc. invested more than $100 million (USD) in the new global Richard R. Rogers Manufacturing / R&D Center in Lewisville, Texas. Mary Kay China also opened a new $125 million (USD) corporate building in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Mary Kay Inc., David served as Vice President in the corporate capital division at Citibank, based in New York. Prior to his career at Citibank, he was a financial analyst for Union Texas Petroleum in Houston, Texas. 

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University. He continued his education at the University of South Carolina where he earned a Master of Business Administration and was designated the outstanding MBA candidate. In 2008, he received USC’s Moore School of Business Distinguished Alumnus Award. He is a past Board Chair of the Direct Selling Association, as well as a member of the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) Board and the World Federation of Direct Selling Association CEO Council. An active community volunteer, David serves or has served on numerous civic boards including The Nature Conservancy, the Southwestern Medical Foundation and the Dallas Citizens Council.

SHERYL ADKINS-GREEN

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Sheryl Adkins-Green, Mary Kay’s Chief Marketing Officer, supports the success of millions of Independent Beauty Consultants by leading the global brand marketing strategy, new product development, advertising, digital marketing and social media that keep the Mary Kay brand and business opportunity relevant and competitive. As CMO, Sheryl's goal is to strengthen Mary Kay’s position as an irresistible beauty brand around the world.

Sheryl brings a wealth of global sales and marketing knowledge to the Chief Marketing Officer role. She joined Mary Kay Inc. in January 2009 as the Vice President of Global Brand Development and was named Chief Marketing Officer and executive team member in July 2011. Prior to Mary Kay, Sheryl held executive positions with Alberto-Culver, Cadbury-Schweppes, Citigroup, and Kraft Foods. Sheryl has significant experience around business development, strategic thinking and high-level negotiations.

Closely aligning with Mary Kay’s focus on improving women’s economic independence, Sheryl is actively involved in the community through The Mary Kay Foundation’s mission of finding a cure for cancers affecting women and stopping the incidence of violence against women. In addition, Sheryl is a Trustee of Texas Christian University and she serves on the board of the Dallas Museum of Art.
 
Sheryl received a Bachelor of Science in retailing, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

K.K. CHUA

PRESIDENT, ASIA PACIFIC REGION

K.K. Chua serves as the President of the Asia Pacific Region. As regional president, K.K.’s responsibilities include all areas of the Company that directly support the success of our subsidiaries and independent sales force members in our Asia Pacific markets, which include Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan. 

K.K. joined Mary Kay in 1995 as President of Mary Kay China and, in 1998, was appointed President of the Asia Pacific Region. K.K. was instrumental in building the foundation for Mary Kay China to grow and helped grow the Asia Pacific Region to become Mary Kay’s largest international region in 2008.

Prior to Mary Kay, K.K. held senior executive positions in the media and film industries in Asia for Hollywood Studio and has had extensive prior working experience throughout Asia and in Europe. He helped spearhead the opening of Korea, Indonesia and China to Paramount, Universal and MGM’s products.

K.K. graduated in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore as the most outstanding student in his faculty and attended the Executive Development Program at Cornell University. While residing in Sydney, K.K. was a member of the Council of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia.

TARA EUSTACE

PRESIDENT, EUROPEAN REGION

Tara Eustace serves as President of the European Region. As the Region President, Tara oversees the 18 countries that make up the European Region which are Armenia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

After joining Mary Kay in 1993, Tara was a key member of the start-up team in Mary Kay Russia. Tara was instrumental in the growth of Mary Kay in Russia, and Russia is currently one of Mary Kay’s four largest markets. Tara led the start-up teams for Mary Kay Ukraine, Mary Kay Kazakhstan and Mary Kay Poland, all of which have become successful markets for Mary Kay.

Parallel to developing markets, Tara took on increasing responsibility in country management including in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2002, Tara was promoted to President of the European Region, taking on management of additional countries and subsequently opening new markets. Under Tara’s leadership, the Mary Kay® brand has become a leading cosmetics company and one of the most respected direct sellers in the European Region.

Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian studies and international relations from the University of Virginia.

As Chief People Officer for Mary Kay Inc., a top beauty brand with more than 55 years of history and operations in nearly 40 international markets, Melinda is responsible for human resources, real estate, employee health and safety and security initiatives.   
 
A member of the company’s executive team since 2006, Melinda has been instrumental in leading a shift toward global support for Mary Kay’s operations. She is responsible for implementing global systems and processes that provide efficient, consistent and strategic support for Mary Kay, one of the largest direct sellers of skin care and color cosmetics in the world.   
 
With thousands of Mary Kay Inc. employees and millions of independent sales force members worldwide, Melinda implements programs with a goal of supporting the company’s mission of enriching women’s lives, while uniting employees, independent sales force members and consumers to say they “love their Mary Kay.”  
 
Melinda joined the iconic beauty brand in 1993. She has been a member of Mary Kay’s culture committee since its inception in 1998. The committee is dedicated to preserving the culture and values that were established by company founder, Mary Kay Ash. 

A graduate of Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, she earned undergraduate degrees in psychology and biology. She continued her education at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa where she earned a master’s degree in industrial relations.

DEBORAH GIBBINS

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As Chief Operating Officer, Deborah Gibbins is responsible for the company’s global supply chain and research and development organizations. In addition, she oversees the finance, public affairs and strategic planning divisions at Mary Kay Inc.

Deborah joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2018, she was named Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the iconic beauty brand, Deborah spent 17 years at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay North America division, where she held senior leadership roles within the finance function including Senior Vice President of Revenue Management. Before PepsiCo, she excelled in a decade-long career at Arthur Anderson LLP, leaving the firm as a Senior Manager in the audit and consulting practice. 

In 2014, the Cox School of Business named Deborah Gibbins a “Distinguished Alumni” and she is a member of the Cox Executive Board. An active community volunteer, she serves on the boards of the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas Foundation, the Dallas Chapter of the International Women’s Forum and the SMU Texas-Mexico Institute, and for more than a decade served as a board member of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. She also serves on the board of directors for Bush Brothers & Company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a member of various civic organizations including the Dallas Assembly and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

LUCY GILDEA, PH.D.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER

As Senior Vice President - Chief Scientific Officer for global cosmetics giant, Mary Kay, Dr. Lucy Gildea stands at the forefront of cutting-edge skin science research. Since joining the iconic beauty brand in 2017, she has helped secure its status as a leading skincare innovator in the direct selling and cosmetics industries.  
 
With more than 1,500 patents for products, technologies and packaging designs in its global portfolio, Dr. Gildea leads the company’s Global Research and Development function to create the future Innovation Pipeline. She also partners with Mary Kay’s Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute the top beauty brand’s Global Product Strategy.  

Prior to joining Mary Kay, Dr. Gildea excelled during a 15-year career at Procter & Gamble, working in beauty technology and beauty/skin product development. She held senior roles where she managed the global research and development teams for upstream technology, product development, and skin measurement sciences. During her tenure, Dr. Gildea lived in Singapore, advancing her experience with international markets.  

A graduate of Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, Dr. Gildea earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued her education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where she earned a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology, Immunology and Infectious Diseases. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, her research focused in part on developing alternative methods to animal testing for skin sensitization screening by applying cellular and genomics-based techniques.

CHAUN HARPER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF MANUFACTURING OFFICER

As Senior Vice President – Chief Manufacturing Officer for Mary Kay Inc., one of the largest direct sellers of skin care and color cosmetics in the world, Chaun Harper oversees the company’s Global Manufacturing, Global Supply Planning/Inventory Control and Global Quality/Transportation functions. A member of the iconic beauty brand’s executive team, Chaun leads the company’s supply chain operations and partners with Mary Kay market teams to ensure every Mary Kay customer has their products when they want, how they want and where they want.  
 
With operations in nearly 40 international markets, Chaun’s team is responsible for implementing an efficient, highly flexible and technologically advanced supply chain operation while delivering best-in-the-industry products. Chaun joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2014 as Director of Production Operations. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement at Mary Kay’s U.S. manufacturing facility including dramatically increasing production efficiency and implementing key development opportunities for employees to elevate technical skills and advance their careers.  
 
Prior to joining Mary Kay Inc., Chaun excelled during a 17-year career at L’Oréal where he held several positions within the operations, logistics and quality functions.

KREGG JODIE

Kregg Jodie serves as Mary Kay’s Chief Information Officer. Kregg is responsible for setting the strategic direction of technology, implementing new systems, managing and monitoring existing systems and all telecommunications throughout Mary Kay Inc. on a global basis.

Kregg has led Mary Kay’s strategic efforts of leveraging technology to better serve customers and to improve the opportunity for the independent sales force. Kregg has been instrumental in launching Mary Kay InTouch®, an online web portal, and Personal Web Sites that have reshaped the way the independent sales force members do business. Additionally, Kregg has led efforts to develop and implement common core systems and processes that create operational efficiencies and improved selling opportunities in over 35 markets globally.

Kregg joined Mary Kay Inc. in October 1993 as Manager of Sales Force Automation and held various other positions before being named CIO in 1997. Kregg has been a member of the Executive Team and has coordinated Mary Kay’s overall business strategy since 1998.

Prior to Mary Kay Inc., Kregg was employed by Accenture, providing management expertise for companies such as CompUSA, Sears Logistics Services, Hertz Corporation, a major express carrier, Department of Veteran Affairs, Manville Sales Corporation, Federal Aviation Administration and American Federal Bank. NATHAN MOORE

Nathan Moore serves as President, North America Region. Nathan joined Mary Kay as an entry-level attorney and in seven years was named the Chief Legal Officer. He served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for 13 years. During those 13 years, Nathan held global responsibility for Legal Resources, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications, among other areas.

Nathan was a founding member of the Mary Kay Culture Committee in 1998. The committee is dedicated to preserving the culture and values established by company founder, Mary Kay Ash. Nathan has a passion for the Mary Kay opportunity and the direct selling industry, having served as Chairman of the Direct Selling Educational Foundation and the Direct Selling Foundation. Recently, Nathan was named to the board of The Mary Kay Foundation.

Ryan Rogers

As Chief Investment Officer for Mary Kay Inc., an iconic beauty brand with more than 55 years of history and operations in nearly 40 markets, Ryan Rogers is responsible for strategic direction, financial analysis and resource allocation on key investments being considered across various Mary Kay departments and at Mary Kay international subsidiaries. Ryan is a member of the beauty company’s board of directors and the grandson of Mary Kay Inc. founder, Mary Kay Ash, one of America’s greatest entrepreneurs.  
 
Ryan joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2000 as a Financial Analyst and had held several positions including Project Manager, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In 2013, he assumed the title of Chief Investment Officer.  
 
Since 2001, Ryan has also served as Vice President of The Mary Kay FoundationSM. The Foundation was created in 1996 by his Grandmother and its two-fold mission includes funding women’s cancer research and ending domestic violence. Over the course of more than two decades, The Mary Kay FoundationSM has awarded more than $78 million to women’s shelters and domestic violence service providers, as well as cancer research programs and related causes throughout the United States.

JULIA SIMON

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

Julia Simon serves as Mary Kay’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and oversees the company’s Legal, Risk Management, Governance and Compliance, Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility functions. In addition, she serves as the Senior Privacy Officer for the company. Her teams protect the company’s reputation and operations in nearly 40 markets around the globe. 

Julia’s teams take pride in protecting the global cosmetic company’s reputation and operations in nearly 40 international markets. She has held many roles since joining Mary Kay Inc.’s Legal Department in 2000. During her tenure, Julia was instrumental in creating the company’s Global Data Privacy Compliance Program, led litigation strategies that positively impacted the direct sales industry, and has proudly served as a mentor through the Mary Kay Inc. mentorship program and other professional organizations.  

Prior to joining Mary Kay Inc., Julia was an associate and partner at Locke Liddell & Sapp in Dallas, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and labor & employment. She started her legal career at McGlinchey, Stafford, Nealy & Lang in New Orleans.

Julia currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Center for American and International Law and on the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, she serves on the Advisory Board for Hope’s Door and the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. She previously served on several community non-profit boards including Family Gateway, Friends of the Dallas Public Library, Dallas Zoological Society and the Junior League of Dallas Community Advisory Board.

JOSE SMEKE

PRESIDENT, LATIN AMERICAN REGION

As President of the Latin American Region for Mary Kay Inc., Jose (Pepe) Smeke oversees operations for six Mary Kay markets: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.  
 
Pepe has held many roles since he joined Mary Kay Mexico in 1994. With an approachable leadership style and willingness to take calculated risks, Pepe was promoted to President of Mary Kay Mexico in 1999 and in 2000, he was named President, Mexico and Latin American Region.  
 
During his 25-year tenure with the iconic beauty company, the Latin American region has experienced extraordinary growth. With operations in nearly 40 countries, the global cosmetics powerhouse expanded its Latin American presence with the opening of its two newest markets: Mary Kay Colombia in 2015 and Mary Kay Peru in 2017. Under Pepe’s leadership, the Mary Kay brand has not only been elevated in the region but also attracts a younger generation of Independent Beauty Consultants and Mary Kay brand lovers. With an understanding of the needs and preferences of the region, Pepe spearheaded the development of specific product lines in the color cosmetics and fragrance categories.
 
Pepe has successfully steered the company’s Latin American growth while also overseeing two of the company’s top five global markets: Brazil and Mexico. The Latin America region has also received numerous awards and the brand awareness in the Latin American region is one of the highest within Mary Kay’s international markets. Working with fashion designers and key influencers, Pepe and his team in the Latin American region have secured Mary Kay’s status as an “it” brand with an “it” opportunity.

Pepe earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad La Salle in Mexico City.
