Janie Hoffmann here and my Mary Kay adventure started back in 1982 in MI at a yard sale!! I was a busy mom of three sons at the time (now four sons). I joined just hoping to earn an extra $50 a week for a few McDonald's meals! But what I really found was ME again - Janie, not "Mrs. Hoffmann" the teacher, wife, or mom. I missed female friendship and a sense of belonging. Through Mary Kay, I discovered both of these. Over the past 43 years, my business has traveled four states-MI, DE, PA, and IL!!
