Use the Consultant Connector on our website to find an independent beauty consultant. Simply enter your zip code into the Consultant Connector and find an independent beauty consultant within your chosen radius. Get in touch for a consultation or shop directly in the online store.

Do you already have (or have you had in the past) an independent beauty consultant? In the Consultant Connector, you can also search for an independent beauty consultants by name or phone number.

Your Independent Beauty Consultant is your best resource! You’ll find her name in your order confirmation email.

If you’re unable to reach your consultant or she is no longer active in her Mary Kay® business, please contact Mary Kay® Customer Service at: 1-800-MARY KAY (1-800-627-9529)

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact the Customer Success Team at 800-MARYKAY. Please note: changes may not be possible once the order has been submitted with payment.

If you are not fully satisfied with your Mary Kay® product purchased from an authorized Independent Beauty Consultant within one year from the purchase date, it will be replaced, exchanged, or refunded in full upon return to the authorized Consultant. If your Consultant is no longer selling Mary Kay, you can return the product to the Company with valid proof of purchase within one year or less.

Please direct any questions about your order or ordered products to your Independent Beauty Consultant, whose name is listed in your order confirmation email.
